The editors and writers at the Ridge Review are proud to introduce the first annual Expressions contest. For the month of January, we will be accepting student submissions of art for the chance at winning a modest cash prize and broader exposure for the work.

The Expressions desk accepts submissions of original student work year-round. However, for a limited time, students stand to earn cash in so doing. All East Ridge student artists are invited to participate by providing a digital image of their work in painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics, photography, digital art, fiction, and poetry. All valid submissions will be uploaded to the newspaper website for voting by the readers. The winner in each category will receive $5 and a front page article on the RidgeReview.com. In February, the overall winner will receive $15 and a front page article.
